Ayurveda, a discipline derived from the Vedas, emerged approximately 5000 years ago. It addresses both the physical and metaphysical dimensions of existence. Its foundational principles are rooted in the core philosophies of India. Therefore, it not only seeks to prevent and cure ailments but also aspires to achieve spiritual liberation.
